Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, preferably as a Lead Engineer, CTO, or Mentor.
• Expert-level understanding of modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with hiring or mentoring engineers in the tech industry.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
